Overtime Management System
2024

As part of my internship, I designed and developed a comprehensive Overtime Management System to automate and streamline the calculation and approval of overtime for employees across 15 districts. This web-based system includes features like role-based access control, accurate calculation of overtime based on user type and shift conditions, and the generation of summary reports for management. It significantly reduced manual workload and improved transparency in payroll processing. I built this solution using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the Yii Framework, with MySQL as the backend database.
Integrated Management System for Masonry and Other Services

This individual university project involved developing a full-stack web application for managing bookings and operations for masonry and related service providers. The system includes features like service scheduling, staff assignment, client record management, and a booking dashboard. It was designed with a user-friendly interface for both administrators and customers, helping streamline business workflows and improve service delivery. I used HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL to build the application.

Sri Lanka Nature Tourism

Designed and developed a fully responsive tourism website that showcases the natural beauty of Sri Lanka and promotes eco-friendly travel experiences across the island. The platform features destination highlights, travel guides, gallery sections, and contact forms — all optimized for an intuitive and immersive user journey. The project involved close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, visual storytelling, and mobile compatibility. With a focus on performance and accessibility, the site was built using modern web technologies to ensure fast load times and an engaging frontend experience. Technologies used: WordPress.
Online Movie Rental System
2024

This full-stack web application allows users to register, log in, browse movies, rent and return titles, and view their rental history, while administrators manage the movie catalog and monitor user activity. It includes user authentication, XML-based data storage, and a responsive UI. Developed using PHP and XML, this project highlights my skills in session management, file-based data processing, and front-to-back integration.
Hospital Management System

For this desktop-based application, I developed a complete hospital management system that supports core operations like patient registration, appointment booking, billing, and medical inventory management. The system was designed to be used internally by hospital staff, offering quick access to patient records and appointment schedules, while ensuring data security and operational efficiency. I built this using C# and Windows Forms with a focus on creating an intuitive interface and structured backend.
Blood Donation Management System

Developed a web-based platform designed to simplify and organize the blood donation process for both donors and medical administrators. The system allows users to register as donors, submit blood requests, and manage donation records in a centralized and accessible manner. It includes features such as donor filtering by blood type and location, real-time request updates, and secure data handling to ensure reliability and transparency in operations. Built with a focus on usability and efficiency, the platform supports hospitals and donation centers in maintaining accurate records and facilitating quicker matches between donors and recipients. Technologies used: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
Online Movie Ticket Reservation System

I created an interactive web application that allows users to browse currently showing movies, select showtimes, and book available seats in real-time. The system dynamically updates seat availability to prevent double booking and includes features such as movie search, confirmation emails, and responsive UI for mobile users. This project demonstrated my ability to work with front-end logic and user interaction handling using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

This project involved building a custom content management system (CMS) where authenticated users can create, edit, publish, and manage blog posts. It includes user login, post moderation, comment control, and admin roles. The application supports real-time updates and dynamic routing of content. Developed using Django (Python) and SQLite, it highlights my backend capabilities and understanding of CMS architecture.

The interface included dashboards for workout plans, daily progress, calorie tracking, and performance statistics, all tailored for a smooth mobile experience.
